Bhasin opened up about her wellness secrets in an interview with SpotBoye.com. She says that she is mindful of her diet. "To stay fit, I am avoiding binging on things. I only eat when I am hungry and I eat in small portions. I try doing a little bit of yoga as well for a fit body."
Bhasin tells SpotBoye.com that she focuses on taking care of her mind. "A healthy and a happy mind is the need of the hour. I have always believed that our life depends on how we think and the way we perceive things, how we conspire and it is always important to keep our mind healthy and happy. It's very important to do some yoga, have family and friends around with whom we can talk. Communication plays a key role in keeping our mind healthy."
Bhasin is all about having confidence in herself and her body. She tells SpotBoye.com that she wants others to have the same approach. "I feel body-shaming is the worst thing to do. We all come in different shapes and sizes and that doesn't make any of us less than others. A lot of people ask me how to get thin, and the first thing I ask them is do you really want to get thin? Will it really make you happy or do you just want to be thin, because you look at others and you think it will make you feel better? It's important to love your body."
Bhasin opened up about some of her favorite healthy foods to Women Fitness. She says that she likes lemon water each day. "I love food and I cannot resist my love for unhealthy food. I start my day with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey. I started having chlorophyll water which is very good for your liver and your skin. I start my day with that."
Bhasin talked about her skin and hair secrets with Women Fitness. "Let your skin and hair breathe as much as you can. Natural growth is the prettiest I avoid putting anything in my hair and on my face and because of the profession if you have to then take breaks, nurture them nourish them. Also, one more tip I would like to share is that don't rub off your make up quickly the amount of time taken to put on the makeup take that much time to remove it. Pamper your skin, take it off smoothly and nicely."
