Bobby Lashley was addressing Lesnar via a backstage segment but when The Beast instigated him he left the spot to get his hands down on Lesnar. As soon as he rushed towards the ring he was ambushed by Lesnar on the ramp after which all hell broke loose between them and WWE officials and locker room rushed in to separate the two of the most powerful men on the roster right now.
The things got heated up to an extent that The Creative Head Triple H himself had to come down to stop the fight between the two. After a lot of effort the two were finally separated. But, amidst the fight the fans caught attention of something that no one had expected to see during this chaos. The Original Bro was seen flashing his Cap and Flip Flops to stop the fight in a bizarre manner.
Matt Riddle was seen trying to stop the fight between the two with his Cap and Flip Flops and only he knows how he thought of the idea to do so. However, fans and observers were quick to take note of the hilarious moment and started putting it out on social media. In a SmackDown segment in 2020, Matt Riddle had revealed the reason for not wearing shoes to the ring and choosing flip flops to be a part of his In-Ring gear. Riddle had said that he couldn’t wear shoes due to a frostbite that he suffered in his childhood and because of which he couldn’t feel anything in his feet anymore.
But Ringside News in an exclusive report had claimed that upon contacting WWE regarding the segment it was confirmed that Riddle actually gave a tribute to popular actor Adam Sandler and his hit movie Mr. Deeds in which he plays the role of a similar character who doesn’t feel anything in his foot due to a frostbite he suffered in the childhood.
