Yae Miko banner in Genshin Impact will be the first character banner to arrive in the 2.5 update. Even before MiHoYo could release the details of her character banner, prominent data miners have fully revealed the release date and 4-star characters that will be seen in the banner.
Players should be ready to shell out their Intertwined Fates or Primogems as the priestess of the Grand Narukami Shrine, Yae Miko from Inazuma is gearing up to become a playable character. She was first introduced as an NPC at the 2.0 livestream, she has also been referred by Raiden Shougun in the Archon Quest involving the Geo character, Zhongli.

Yae Miko banner in Genshin Impact revealed through leaks
Yae Miko’s arrival was anticipated ever since MiHoYo confirmed her to become a playable character. This Electro character has been buffed several times which might make her an overpowered DPS character if she is built with the right artifacts. Her release is expected to be on 16th February as the banners of the current update are scheduled to run till the previous day.
Previous leaks revealed that Yae Miko will not have any concurrent banner which means another 5-star character banner will not be seen running along with her banner. These leaks somewhat appear to be true since most of the YouTubers have claimed that the rerun banners of Raiden Shougun and Kokomi will appear in the second phase of the update.
This information should be considered with a bit of skepticism since MiHoYo is yet to reveal the details of the 2.5 update. As of now, the 4-star characters that will be seen with the Yae Miko banner in Genshin Impact are mentioned below:
- Fischl
- Diona
- Thoma
The 4-star characters might change, therefore, players should wait for the livestream that is scheduled to be aired tomorrow i.e. 4th February 2022. Yae Miko banner in Genshin Impact looks quite exciting as players had been waiting for a Thoma rerun for a long time.
Thoma is a 4-star character from Monstadt who is acquainted with the head of the Kamisato clan, Kamisato Ayato who is expected to be seen in the 2.6 update. Thoma might become an important character in the later updates, therefore, players should consider pulling this banner.
On the other hand, Fischl is an Electro character whose return was demanded by the community since she didn’t feature in any of the previous updates. Diona’s arrival will also help the players who are lacking Cryo support in their team.
